ALL ABOUT THE OPPORTUNITY
Working within Lettings Property Maintenance you will be responsible for maintaining our managed portfolio of lettings properties from start of tenancy to checkout.
Your role will be a varied one including managing work orders, inspections, tenancy renewals and effective management of tenant check-outs including deposit disputes. Overall you will be tasked to ensure that tenants, landlords and contractors receive exceptional management and support.
You will be arranging maintenance on properties liaising with landlords, tenants and contractors to support and resolve issues and queries. Conducting regular property visits in order to ensure all properties are in line with current legislation providing excellent communication to both our tenants and landlords at all times.
