Please note that once you have submitted the form, our Lettings team will contact you regarding your offer.

**Please note; Upon the Landlord accepting your application you will be required to pay a Holding Fee.
This will be the equivalent of 1 weeks rent and will be deducted from your first month’s rental payment. Once paid, the property will be withdrawn from the market. Terms and Conditions Apply – see ‘Your Holding Deposit’ document which will be sent to you if your offer is acceptable to the Landlord.”

Do you have any previous rent arrears, CCJs, IVA’s, bankruptcy, trust deeds or anything else to declare.*

Is there a reason why you may fail a credit check?*

Are you in a position to pay your first months rent and deposit*

Are you happy with the current condition of the property?*

Do you have any requests in regards to the condition/cleanliness/improvement of the property?

If you currently hold any CCIs, IVA, bankruptcy orders or generally poor credit, or are in receipt of DSS, or are on a temporary employment contract please note you WILL require a guarantor or pay the whole rental in advance.


If you have any CCJ’s reported during referencing these will be shown to the Landlord as part of your application.


It is at the landlord's discretion as to whether they would wish to proceed with a guarantor in place. Your guarantor can only be one person, who holds full time employment and earns 3 times the rent per annum, with no adverse credit.
